Hi Vendors!

The Vintage Barn Market is BACK for our annual Spring Market at The Chilliwack Heritage Park on November 6, 7, 8, 2026! With thousands of attendees, and 160+ perfectly curated pop-up, vintage+handmade booths, you do NOT want to miss out! 

  • PLEASE READ:

    General applications will be accepted starting May 25, 2026 through to June 7, 2026. Accepted applicants will be notified by June 12, 2026 (check your junkmail!). Vendors can still apply after June 7, but will be placed on our waiting list in the event a space becomes available. After June 7, you will be emailed back and invited personally if there is a cancellation. You will only receive an email if you are accepted, if you have not received an acceptance letter from us (
    hello@thevintagebarnmarket.ca) you have not been accepted at this time, but will be contacted if a waitlist opening becomes available.

    *Due to a constant influx of emails, we do not reply to any online applicants after the application window is closed, but please trust we have seen your application and will get in touch if you’re a fit!

Booth Sizes + Costs:

10x10 booth: $449.00 +GST
10x10 corner: $559.00 +GST
10x20 booth: $725.00 +GST
10x20 corner: $835.00 +GST

CHRISTMAS 2026 MARKET HOURS:
Friday, November 6: 4pm-10pm
Saturday, November 7: 10am-6pm
Sunday, November 8: 10am-5pm

Upon acceptance, you will be notified via email with an attached contract that must be completed. Payment is required by JUNE 21, 2026 or your spot will be immediately given to a vendor on the waiting list. 

Please Note: Absolutely NO direct sales/MLM will be accepted due to the nature of the show (arbonne, plexus, doterra, tupperware, scentsy, etc.)
