Hi Vendors!

The Vintage Barn Market is BACK for our annual Spring Market at The Chilliwack Heritage Park on April 24, 25, + 26, 2026! With over 12,000 attendees, and 160+ perfectly curated pop-up, vintage+handmade vendors, you do NOT want to miss out! 

PLEASE READ:

General applications will be accepted starting January 7, 2026 through to January 21st, 2026. Accepted applicants will be notified by January 23rd, 2026. Vendors can still apply after January 21st, but will be placed on our waiting list in the event a space becomes available. After January 21st, you will be emailed back and invited personally if there is a cancellation.

*Due to a constant influx of emails, we do not reply to any online applicants after the application window is closed, but please trust we have seen your application and will get in touch if you’re a fit!

Booth Sizes + Costs (not including GST)

10x10 booth: $429.00 +GST
10x10 corner: $529.00 +GST
10x20 booth: $675.00 +GST
10x20 corner: $775.00 +GST

SPRING 2026 MARKET HOURS:
Friday, April 24: 4pm-10pm
Saturday, April 25: 10am-5pm
Sunday, April 26: 10am-4pm

Upon acceptance, you will be notified via email with an attached contract that must be completed. Payment is required by FEBRUARY 1ST, 2026 or your spot will be immediately given to a vendor on the waiting list. 

Please Note: Absolutely NO direct sales/MLM will be accepted due to the nature of the show (arbonne, plexus, doterra, tupperware, scentsy, etc.)
